On May 17th, 2023, from around 07:31 PM EDT to around 08:04 PM EDT, Twilio, the telecommunication carrier of the Voyce Platform, experienced issues with the Programmable Voice Javascript SDK call connectivity. This caused the interpreters using the Voyce platform not being able to answer audio only calls, as well as not being able to login because of the required system check of voice quality. During this time, audio calls may not get the service properly. The video calls may still get serviced, but video requests may experience longer waiting time because of the impact it had on interpreter availability.
